Support Options:

We are always working on new support options with recommendations from our customers. Here are the current ones.

With purchase of our software the Sliver plan is included, for the first year. You can upgrade this to the Gold if desired.

Support plans for subsequent years are; (you don NOT have to purchase any of them).

1. Gold plan, gives your church unlimited hours tech support and all updates for $250 / year.
2. Silver plan, gives your church 2 hours of tech support and all updates for $150 /year.
3. Bronze plan give you all the updates for  $75 / year.

This support is online support through our remote access tools built into the software. In some locations we may have a support person that can go to your site if needed. It includes all related support for Parish Pro and Advanced Church Pro. We highly recommend high speed internet for remote support. Dial up will work most times but takes longer. I we are also your Computer / Network support team, that work is not included in these support packages.
